“Let’s Talk About Death” — A Group Series for Real Conversations and Healing

Death is universal. Yet, for many, it remains the one topic we avoid—until it's too late.
But what if talking about death could prevent trauma?

For over two decades, I led an agency that supported families who had lost loved ones to homicide. Through this work, I trained professionals to face death directly—to speak of it at the dinner table, to prepare for its emotional realities, and to help others heal from its most devastating forms.

Now, I’m offering a group series designed to help people come to terms with death before it takes us by surprise.

In these guided, supportive conversations, you will:

  • Explore your beliefs, fears, and questions about death

  • Develop coping mechanisms that reduce the risk of trauma

  • Learn how to begin and hold meaningful conversations with loved ones

  • Reflect on unresolved relationships—and find peace, even when closure isn’t possible

  • Practice accepting death as a part of life, with grace and courage

One woman recently told me she wished she had followed my advice—to talk about death at the dinner table—before her husband died suddenly. Don’t wait until it’s too late.

Whether you’re processing grief, facing the mortality of someone you love, or simply want to live more consciously, this group is for you.

Let’s bring death into the light—where healing can begin.
