Beyond Time - Heal the Past.
Live Fully Now.
You know, the odd idea is that we only live once. If we have only one lifetime to become the best versions of ourselves, worthy of some heavenly place or realm of higher consciousness, where our lives truly model some Divine being, let’s be honest: how many people do you know that would make it to a realm of eternal bliss? I think we get many chances on Earth School to get it right.
But I also don’t believe that we get endless chances. I agree with one shaman I studied: we get nine lives before the identity/being that is us is mulched and some other soul gets a chance for the brass ring. While being forgiven for our sins is necessary for our growth, we have to resolve our behaviors that are harmful to ourselves or others for real advancement in the invisible realms.
We often think of trauma repair as something we do in this lifetime—childhood wounds, relational patterns, physical symptoms, ancestral inheritances. But here’s the news flash: What if some of our deepest pains, repeated cycles, or persistent fears originate in lifetimes we don’t consciously remember? It may be necessary to access these memories to fully free ourselves from the cycle of Karma and to reach our full potential.
In my work with the Traditional Trauma Resolution (TTR), I have seen again and again how accessing past-life experiences can accelerate healing, deepen integration, and restore not only this life but our continuity and consciousness through time...
The Field of Past-Life Research
I love research, especially when it covers subjects that are not ‘mainstream’.
Modern science is beginning to explore what ancient traditions have long understood—that one’s consciousness extends beyond a single lifetime. Here is some of the research:
The Division of Perceptual Studies at the University of Virginia has documented over 2,500 cases of children who recall previous lives, many with verifiable details. While this isn’t the ‘reverenced’ outcome study model, 2500 people who report remembering past life experiences has got to count for something!
A scoping review by the BIAL Foundation confirmed that most studies of claimed past-life memories took place in Asia and focused on children. And like the last study, the number of
Psychology Today notes that many of these accounts involve sudden or traumatic deaths—suggesting unresolved soul imprints that carry forward into new lives.
Belief in reincarnation is central to Hinduism and Buddhism and appears in many Indigenous worldviews. Even Benjamin Franklin, undeniably a down-to-earth figure, believed in reincarnation.
Why This Matters for Healing
If you find yourself repeating emotional or relational patterns that make little sense in this lifetime, exploring past life memory can bring unexpected clarity and peace. It appears that the one thing we do bring with us from lifetime to lifetime is our trauma memories.
TTR offers a simple and powerful way to remember and resolve these memories. This isn’t hypnosis or suggestion—it’s a conscious, embodied process that results in fully integrating past traumatic memories, often with spectacular results.
How Healed and Conscious do you want to be?
If you feel called to go deeper—beyond the obvious, beyond this lifetime—I invite you to experience Past-Life Integration Sessions or Facilitator Training with me. You can train to provide this process and co-facilitate with a peer, who also engages in the training. All information is available on the Services tab.
When you heal the roots, the entire tree of life begins to transform.
Because your traumatic memories are there. And once given voice, transformation happens.
