Understanding Trauma Bonds

A guided, educational program for individuals impacted by harmful relational dynamics

Trauma bonding can create powerful emotional attachments that keep people stuck in cycles of harm, confusion, and self-doubt. These bonds are not a failure of insight or strength—they are a predictable human response to fear, intermittent care, and survival stress.

This program offers a structured, educational experience designed to help participants better understand trauma bonding, reduce self-blame, and begin separating survival-based attachment from choice and agency.
